As part of our latest release, Workforce Management 2.0 is now live on SiteRise. This is a major upgrade to the Gantt chart experience — giving you finer control at the project level and, for the first time, a true portfolio-wide view across all of your projects in a single Gantt.
What's New in v2.0
Workforce Management 2.0 introduces two major upgrades:
Project-Level Gantt — More granular control over phases, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines on every individual project.
Reporting-Level Gantt — A new portfolio view that lets you visualize every project at once on a single Gantt — your 40,000-ft view across the entire portfolio.

Inside any project, the new Gantt gives you a more organic, flexible way to plan and sequence your work:
Drag-and-drop phasing and deliverable adjustments
Cleaner dependency and milestone visualization
Better filtering by phase, role, status, and custom fields
Faster load times and smoother navigation across long timelines
This means project managers can build, adjust, and communicate their schedule with less friction — and the rest of the team can read it more easily.
Reporting-Level Gantt — Your Portfolio at a Glance
This is the headline upgrade. From the Reporting tab, you can now Gantt your entire portfolio at once.
In a single screen you can:
See every active project across your portfolio on one Gantt
Identify schedule conflicts, resource overlaps, and pinch points across markets
Filter the portfolio view by region, brand, status, project lead, or any custom field
Export the view for executive reporting and weekly stand-ups
For multi-location operators and retail development teams, this is the executive-level visibility you've been asking for — without leaving SiteRise to build it in another tool.
How to Access Gantt 2.0
Project-Level Gantt:
Open any project
Click the Gantt tab in the project navigation
Portfolio (Reporting) Gantt:
Navigate to the Reporting tab in the left-hand main navigation
Select Portfolio Gantt
Apply filters as needed and save your view
Tips for Getting the Most Out of It
Save custom views so each team member can land on the slice of the portfolio that matters to them
Use filters to look at the portfolio by phase (e.g., all projects in Construction) or by region for weekly check-ins
Export to CSV/XLS directly from the Gantt for executive reporting
Pair it with custom fields — any custom data on your projects can now be surfaced in the portfolio Gantt
FAQ
Do I need to do anything to enable it?
No — Workforce Management 2.0 is automatically available to all SiteRise tenants. Just log in and you'll see it.
Will my existing Gantts still work?
Yes. All of your existing project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies carry over automatically into the new view.
Who can see the portfolio Gantt?
Access follows your existing SiteRise permissions. Users will only see the projects they have been given access to.
Can I export the portfolio Gantt?
Yes. Use the export option in the top-right of the Reporting Gantt to download as CSV or XLS.
