Template Management

This article provides guidance on how to make changes to your existing templates within the SiteRise Admin environment.

Accessing the SiteRise Admin Environment

To access the Admin Environment, add /admin to the end of your SiteRise URL:
​companyname.siterise.app/admin


Template Management

To make changes to your existing template(s), follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to "Module Configuration".

  2. Click on "Project Deliverables"

  3. Scroll down and select View next to "Templates".

  4. Choose the template that needs revisions and select View Detail on the right.

  5. A panel for the template will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Select Edit to make changes.

  6. You can adjust each deliverable with the following options under the arrow menu:

    • Duration

    • Phase

    • Dependency

    • Offset (timing from the dependency)

    • Toggle Approval Needed (on/off)

    • Remove/Delete

  7. To reorder deliverables, hover on the left side of the arrow (the cursor will switch to a hand) and reposition them as needed.

  8. Save your changes once completed.

    • For major changes, consider renaming the template (e.g., "Revised" or "Revision 2").

    • Unless there is a specific reason, deactivate the previous template to avoid confusion.
