With SR Notifications v2 you can now customize (in-app, email and chat) how you get all your notifications. Here's how you do it:
1. Click the Bell Icon - In the top-right corner of your screen, click the bell icon to open your Notification Inbox.
2. In the Notification Inbox, click the Notification Preferences gear icon.
3. A module will then pop up allowing you adjust how you receive each type of notifications.
4. Notifications are grouped into types and each type can be individually set per your preferences.
5. By default, notifications can be sent to your inbox in-app and to your email. Sending notifications to a 3rd party service like Slack, Teams or WhatsApp can also be setup. Please contact your SiteRise Account Manager for more details.
