As part of the January 2026 release, you can now set a profile photo as part of your SiteRise user profile. Your profile photo helps your team quickly recognize who’s who across SiteRise — in projects, comments, RFIs, Change Orders, and beyond. Here’s how to upload and manage yours.
Where Your Profile Photo Appears
Your profile photo is used throughout your SiteRise workspace, including:
Projects
Comments
RFIs
Change Orders
Tasks
Activity feeds
And more
Adding a photo helps make collaboration more personal and easier to follow.
How to Upload or Change Your Profile Photo
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of SiteRise.
Select Preferences from the dropdown menu.
Under User Profile, scroll to the Profile Photos section.
Click Upload (or drag and drop an image) to add a new photo.
Set your crop and then click Upload.
Your image will automatically be cropped to a square for best display across the platform.
Managing Multiple Photos
You can:
Upload up to 5 profile photos
Select any photo as your primary
Switch your primary photo at any time
Delete any profile picture at any time
To change your primary photo:
Click the ⭐ (star) icon on the photo you want to set as primary.
