Back by popular demand: you can now @mention anyone in your environment on any comment field across SiteRise. This was one of your most-requested features, and we put real engineering behind bringing it back.
Punch lists, RFIs, photos, schedules, files — wherever you can leave a comment, you can now loop in exactly the right person, task, or deliverable just by typing @. The conversation stays attached to the work it belongs to.
How does it work?
Navigate to any comment field — on a deliverable, photo upload, RFI, or change order — and type the @ sign followed by the user's name.
Available users, tasks, or deliverables auto-populate for you to select.
Once you select and send the comment, the tagged user receives a notification.
Tagged tasks and deliverables auto-link directly to the mentioned item.
You can also tag everyone on a project using @all in any comment window. Use wisely — every user on the project will be notified!
Note: You can tag anyone on your SiteRise instance — they no longer need to be added to the specific project first.
