Project managers responsible for planning and tracking project timelines.
How It Works
The Schedule tab shows all tasks and milestones for a project, typically in a timeline or Gantt-style view.
Add tasks with start and end dates, assign owners, and set dependencies between related tasks.
The Critical Path is automatically calculated based on task dependencies, helping you identify what could delay the overall project (see Critical Path).
Best Practices
Build your schedule from a Template when possible to save setup time.
Set realistic dependencies between tasks so the Critical Path reflects reality.
Review and update the schedule regularly as work progresses or changes occur.
Troubleshooting
If the Critical Path looks incorrect, review task dependencies for errors or missing links.
