SiteRise’s scheduling logic is built around a business day timeline. While task completion dates can be set for Saturdays and Sundays, these days have traditionally been unavailable for selection during schedule planning. With the Weekend Override feature, you can override the grayed-out weekend days when planning your schedule. This provides added flexibility for projects that require weekend work without altering the overall business day duration settings or impacting your schedule’s timeline.
How to Enable Weekend Override
Enabling Weekend Override is an Admin-only setting within the SiteRise admin platform. Follow these steps to enable it:
Access the Admin Platform: Navigate to your SiteRise admin dashboard.
Select “View” for Module Configuration: Once within the admin platform, locate and click “View” next to Module Configuration.
Select “Project Deliverables”: Within Module Configuration, choose Project Deliverables.
Enable Weekend Override: Scroll down to the schedule settings (about halfway) and find the Weekend Override toggle. Slide it to the right to enable weekend selection for scheduling.
Once enabled, this will allow for weekend scheduling across all projects.
Important Note: Your project templates will remain unchanged. To apply weekend selections for specific projects, manual adjustments must be made for each project as needed.
