Logging into the SiteRise platform
Each SiteRise client has a custom instance with a unique login URL, such as brand.siterise.app. Depending on your setup, you'll either log in using a username (your email address) and password or through Single Sign-On (SSO).
Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your User Dashboard.
User Dashboard
After logging in, you’ll see your personalized dashboard, which is customized for each user, so it may look different from what your colleagues see. Here’s what you’ll find:
My Projects: Lists all active projects you’re involved with. Click on a project name to go directly to its page for more details and updates.
My Past Due Deliverables: Displays any deliverables that are overdue and require your attention. Click on a deliverable to view more information and address the task.
My Upcoming Deliverables: Shows all deliverables due within the next 10 days. Clicking on any deliverable will take you to the corresponding page within the project.
Pending Approvals: If approvals are needed on any one or multiple deliverables, anything pending will appear here.
Upcoming Openings: Lists any openings scheduled within the next 30 days.
Recent Openings: Displays recently opened locations.
Search
On the dashboard, you will also see a search bar in the top right corner. The search feature is pretty robust, allowing you to search for nearly anything related to one of your projects within SiteRise such as users, companies, files, comments, projects, locations.

In the top right corner on your screen you will see a gray question mark SiteRise help icon. You can tap/click on this icon at any time to view help documents or chat with a SiteRise team member.
