Logging into the SiteRise Platform
Each SiteRise client has a custom login URL (e.g., brand.siterise.app).
As an external partner, you will receive an email invitation to access the SiteRise platform. Your username will be your email address.
Open the invitation email and click on the provided link to access the platform for the first time.
Once logged in, you can reset your password to one of your choosing for future logins.
You’ll then be directed to your personalized User Dashboard.
User Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard will show your assigned projects and deliverables only if they have been added by the project owners. If you believe any information is missing, please contact the project owners to be added to the relevant project.
Here’s what you’ll typically see:
My Projects: View all active projects you’ve been added to. Click on a project name to access details and updates.
My Past Due Deliverables: Displays overdue tasks that need your attention. Click on a deliverable to view more information.
My Upcoming Deliverables: Lists tasks due within the next 10 days. Click on any item to navigate to its project page.
Upcoming Openings: Shows openings scheduled in the next 30 days.
Recent Openings: Displays locations that have recently opened.
Search Functionality
In the top right corner of your dashboard, you’ll find a search bar. You can use this to search for anything related to your projects, including users, companies, files, comments, projects, and locations.
