Managing Your Vendor Contacts with the SiteRise Company Directory

The SiteRise platform includes a Company Directory feature, allowing you to store all of your vendors and external partners in one central location. This makes it easy to assign them to specific sites, locations, or projects.

Company Tab

Located on the left-hand side panel, the Company Tab is your master portfolio for all vendors and external partners, similar to the location master. This provides a comprehensive view of all your contacts within the system.

Adding a Company

  1. Navigate to the Company Tab.

  2. In the upper right-hand corner, you’ll see a blue box that says "Add Company" with a "+" symbol. Click this to add a new vendor or external partner.

  3. The next screen will prompt you to enter additional details such as the company name, website, address, and phone number.

Adding a Contact

After a company has been added, you can go to that company’s page within the portfolio and add contacts.

  1. Click the blue "Add Contact" box with a "+" symbol to add a new contact.

  2. You will be prompted to fill in the contact’s name, address, phone number, and email.

Setting the Primary Contact

Under each contact's name, you’ll see the option to select "Primary Contact." If this person is the main representative for your account, mark them as the primary contact to easily identify them among your contact list.

Linking Contacts to Users

If the contact has access to SiteRise, you can link their user account in their setup. This ensures they can be directly assigned to projects as long as the company role settings are configured for your deliverables.

Updating Information

Both company and contact information can be updated at any time by clicking the Edit button within their respective pages.
