  • Each item shows duration, owners, and status (Active, Pending Approval, Complete).

  • Click any deliverable to open its details, edit dates, or update status.

  • Deliverables are now color coordinated with their status (not started, on track, past due, etc).

How to Use:

  • Click “Add Task” under a deliverable.

  • Assign it to a team member or yourself and set a due date.

  • Check it off when complete.

  • Toggle “Show Completed Tasks” to view past progress.

💡 Pro Tip: Tasks can be assigned to different team members even within one deliverable!

📊 Project Progress Bar

See how far along your project is with a simple visual.

How to Use:

💬 Comments

Keep the conversation connected to your work.

How to Use:

  • Scroll to the bottom of any deliverable to leave a comment.

  • Use “@” to mention teammates and keep them in the loop.

All your drawings, permits, and approvals—organized.

How to Use:

  • Click “Add File” to upload PDFs, images, or DWGs to a deliverable.

  • Files are version-controlled (V1, V2, etc.).

  • You can view, download, and leave comments on each file.

Perfect for storing everything from inspection photos to revised site plans.

🧮 Schedule Management

Control the dates. Stay on track.

How to Use:
