Onboarding | Part 2 | Location Master + Dashboard

Updated over a year ago

Understanding the SiteRise Hierarchy: Location > Site > Project

SiteRise uses a hierarchy of Location > Site > Project to help organize your data. This structure allows you to group multiple sites under a single location and manage several projects for each site.

For example, if you’re planning to open a coffee shop in Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, the mall would be the Location, and the individual mall suites would be your Sites. Once you select a suite, you can start a Project. You’ll still have access to data for other potential sites, so if you decide to move to another suite later, all the information is readily available.

Location Master

The Location Master serves as the central hub where all your past, present, and future locations are stored. You can access it by clicking the Locations tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

The Location Master holds critical information such as:

  • Lease documents

  • Site drawings

  • Warehouse delivery addresses

If you forget a location or site name, simply use the search bar in the top right corner to find it.

Location Dashboard

From the Location Master, click on any location to view its main details. This screen includes key information like:

  • Addresses

  • Location Number

  • Companies

  • Sites

Below this information, you'll find custom KPI boxes that display important metrics for your brand. By default, one row with three boxes is shown, but you can add more rows as needed.

This layout ensures you can easily manage and track multiple locations, sites, and projects in one place.
