Adding External Vendors & Companies

How to add and manage external companies/contacts/vendors to your SiteRise.

Adding external users and companies is easy via the Companies tab, which can be found in your left hand main navigation.

Steps to add an external user to a project on SiteRise:

  1. Contact your SR admin/AM to create an external user account

  2. Create New Company

  3. Add new contact and link user profile to company profile

  4. Add contact to the location/site/project to invite them to a project.

Creating a New Company

To add a new company:

  1. Click + New Company

  2. Complete the company form

  3. Click Save

Creating a Company Contact

Once a company is created you can add specific contacts/users to the company:

  1. Click View on the existing company

  2. Scroll and click + New Contact

  3. Complete the contact form

  4. Note: To link existing user account, scroll to the bottom and select an existing user account. User accounts must be created before linking them to a company contact.
