Adding external users and companies is easy via the Companies tab, which can be found in your left hand main navigation.
Steps to add an external user to a project on SiteRise:
Contact your SR admin/AM to create an external user account
Create New Company
Add new contact and link user profile to company profile
Add contact to the location/site/project to invite them to a project.
Creating a New Company
To add a new company:
Click + New Company
Complete the company form
Click Save
Creating a Company Contact
Once a company is created you can add specific contacts/users to the company:
Click View on the existing company
Scroll and click + New Contact
Complete the contact form
Note: To link existing user account, scroll to the bottom and select an existing user account. User accounts must be created before linking them to a company contact.
